How buying works
- You accept the buyer terms and prepay a starting balance (most buyers start with a $500 test).
- You set a standing order: counties, hail-size minimum, daily/weekly caps. Every lead is exclusive: consumers authorize exactly one recipient, so shared leads are not offered.
- Matching leads deliver by email with a secure link — homeowner details are never in the email body — and your balance debits at the listed price.
- Returns within 5 business days for invalid phone, duplicate, outside territory, already-hired, or wrong category credit your balance automatically. No refunds for “didn't close.”
